Manchester United getting ready bid for Sean Long staff from port

Manchester United are getting ready a bid for Newcastle-upon-Tyne midfielder Sean Longstaff, in line with sources. United boss Ole Gunnar Solskjaer has already signed 2 home-grown children in Daniel James and Aaron Wan-Bisaaka and says the club are still engaged on a lot of summer transfers.



Longstaff caught Solskjaer's eye last season when breaking into the metropolis varsity. The 21-year-old created thirteen appearances, 9 within the Premier League, before a knee ligament injury in March brought a premature finish to his campaign. However, metropolis insist Longstaff isn't available and sports media News has been told he can value Manchester United quite the £50m they spent on Wan-Bissaka.


Longstaff may be a product of Newcastle's academy system and had loan spells at Kilmarnock and town before creating his first-team debut within the water ox Cup defeat at Nottingham Forest last August.
